Refund & Cancellation Policy
Summary (For Homeowners)
We understand that plans can change. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work when booking a paint project through Prime Logic.
- You may cancel for a FULL refund within 24 hours of booking, as long as the contractor has not yet accepted the job or purchased materials.
- After 24 hours, or after the contractor has accepted the job and/or purchased materials, deposits may be partially or fully non-refundable.
- If you request to reschedule within 72 hours of the job start date, it will be treated as a cancellation and may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
- We always act in good faith and will work with you whenever possible to minimize loss, but our contractors incur real costs when holding your booking.
